About the Role

 

As a Loan Officer, you will:

  • Drive new business by prospecting, following up on high-quality leads, and working with referrals.
  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and text using advanced tech resources.
  • Assess borrower needs and qualifications.
  • Structure loan products that suit their goals.
  • Collect and organize documentation for a seamless loan process.
  • Input and maintain accurate information in CRM and LOS.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through communication, relationship building, and problem-solving.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A history of success in mortgage sales, other roles, sports or other endeavors.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proven phone and email writing skills.

Requirements

 

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in loan origination with a proven track record.
  • Licensing: Active Loan Origination License.
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of loan products and pricing strategies.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with key software tools (Apple laptop provided).
  • Integrity & Reliability: Consistent effort and reliable schedule.
